Veggie crudities are a staple food at most of my parties. They’re quick and easy to prepare, and go well with dips. Plus, because they are vegetables, it makes you feel a little bit healthier :P

I normally just cut up a bunch of veggies and display on a platter, but for a change, I thought I’d put them into individual cups. One, because it looks cute, and two, reduces food waste, as I only made enough for each person!

I was trying to get with the Olympic Rings colours, but I passed on that. I called them Pentathlon Crudities because I used 5 dippers in the form of cucumber, carrot, baby sweetcorn, red pepper, and pita bread slices, and the Penthalon is five events. Genius!

Yes, I’m aware I spelled Pentathlon wrong :P
