So for a fleeting moment over the weekend, we got some sunshine in my part of the world...did summer arrive, or was it just an illusion, because today is cold, grey and rainy! However, making the most of the sun while it shone, we had two barbecues! I have lots of recipe ideas to share with you all, and will be posting the recipes in the coming days, so please stay reading.
