I have another diet recipe to share – coming in at 140 calories – for a delicious fruit smoothie. A great way to start the day!

Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml chilled skimmed milk
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 80g chopped mango
  • 200g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats

Method

Measure out your milk – I often add ice to my smoothie to make it extra cold.

Hull and halve the strawberries.

Peel and chop the mango – or cheat, like I did, and buy it ready prepared *blush*

Peel and chop the banana into slices.

Measure out your oats.

Place everything into a blender or smoothie maker.

Get ready to blitz!

Whizz…whirr…blend! If a little thick, you can add a drop of water to thin it down a little at a time.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
